Powder paint plant
We are pleased to present our powder coating offer, covering a variety of items. At Powder Paint Plant, we go to great lengths to ensure proper surface preparation, thus guaranteeing an ideal substrate for the powder coating process. We use proven paints from reputable manufacturers, which guarantees durability and an excellent final appearance.
The powder coating plant, located in Drawsko Pomorskie, is equipped with state-of-the-art powder coating equipment, including a specialized powder spray booth. It ensures maximum application efficiency and operator safety, while reducing powder emissions into the environment. The electrostatic painting process guarantees even distribution of charged paint particles on the painted surface, and subsequent oven annealing ensures durability and weather resistance.
A key step in the powder coating process is proper surface preparation, which is why we have an advanced blasting machine for effective sandblasting and degreasing.
In addition, in the case of complex parts with hard-to-reach areas, we are able to clean the surfaces with a laser, without disturbing the structure of the material.

- Suitably prepared steel substrate for painting to “Sa 2.5” grade - Very thorough blast cleaning;
- Standard corrosion class C2;
